Jen has worked in the Human Resources industry for 20+ years, gaining experience in driving company culture, establishing HR best practices, and creating an environment of development. She served a dual role as CHRO and CXO. Now, Jen leverages her passion for engaging employees and coaching leadership with clients across the country.

Christine leads business development and marketing strategy for Patterson Consulting Group. She brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, client engagement, and strategic growth across industries. Known for her collaborative approach and results-driven mindset, Christine connects PCG’s expertise with organizations that value people-first HR support. She combines creativity, data, and strategy to tell PCG’s story in meaningful, measurable ways.

For more than 16 years, April has delivered unique employee experiences that build client loyalty through employee experience design. Her past clients include theme parks, attractions, and museums worldwide, upgrading employee and guest experiences in destinations such as Kennedy Space Center, Anheuser-Busch Breweries, Georgia Aquarium, Holiday World, Sea World, the
St. Louis Blues, and many others.

Claire has received her Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis as well as her SHRM-CP certification. With those credentials, she has been able to blend the communication and coordination skills of social work with the analytical and business-related knowledge of human resources in order to become a more well-rounded professional. While studying for her MSW degree, Claire worked with WashU’s Immigration Law Clinic and Casa de Salud.
