Hi, I’m Jennifer Patterson and I started Patterson Consulting Group because I truly love seeing organizations meet their full potential. From talent development to executive leadership, I’ve had more than 20 years of experience creating workplace cultures centered on the idea of putting people first.
I’ve seen how difficult it can be for leadership staff, busy with growing day-to-day tasks, to keep up with changing needs. I’ve seen talent disappear and frustrations mount. However, I’ve also seen organizations operating at their absolute best, with employees flourishing and boosting growth in supportive environments.
Background:
After more than a decade of working at large corporations like Limited Inc and Gap Inc, where I was a district trainer and coached leadership and engagement, created labor management strategies, and assisted with elevating low-performing stores, I decided to make my way to a family-owned medium-sized business. As an executive team member, I served a dual role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Experience Officer (CXO). I oversaw more than 250 people at Booksource and was personally responsible for HR, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. Now, I leverage my passion for engaging employees and coaching leadership with clients across the country.
As an extension to HR teams, I work with companies to figure out gaps in their HR programs, create talent and succession planning, and retention strategies.
